VI JUDO FESTIVAL «WHITE BELTS»

TOURNAMENT INFORMATION

All festival participants receive exclusive medals.

Maximum number of participants — 300 athletes. Once the limit is reached, registration will be automatically closed.

Participants are divided into groups of 3–4 people, taking into account age, weight, and skill level. Each participant is guaranteed two bouts.

Gender is not taken into account when forming groups.

If there are an insufficient number of participants in individual categories, organizers reserve the right to merge them with the closest categories by weight and skill level.

No weigh-in is conducted. In case of disputes or discrepancies in declared weight, a control weigh-in may be carried out.

PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS

Before registering, adult participants, coaches, sports club heads, and parents (legal representatives) of minor participants are required to familiarize themselves with the Regulations and Rules for conducting sporting events of the «Judo Stars» league.

After registration closes and applications are processed, lists of participants and clubs, tournament brackets, and other statistical information will be published in the «Sport Data» section of the League’s official website. Participants and representatives are responsible for independently monitoring the published information.

ACCREDITATION AND START OF BOUTS

• The exact time of accreditation and start of bouts for each age group will be published in the «Program» section after registration closes.

REGISTRATION

Registration for the tournament is conducted exclusively through the online form at www.judostars.com

Applications submitted by any other means will not be accepted.

Participation fees

• Club registration: FREE
• Early participant registration: 110 BYN
• Late participant registration: 150 BYN

Conditions for changing an application

• Until 01.11.2026 (23:59) — FREE
• From 02.11.2026 to 06.11.2026 (23:59) — 50 BYN
• After 06.11.2026 (23:59) — no changes accepted

Conditions for withdrawal from participation

• Until 04.11.2026 (23:59) — full refund of the entry fee
• From 05.11.2026 to 06.11.2026 (23:59) — refund with a 50 BYN deduction
• After 06.11.2026 (23:59) — entry fee is non-refundable

Requests to change data in a submitted application or to withdraw from the tournament should be sent exclusively to the administrator of the Telegram channel https://t.me/judo_chat.

Refunds are processed within 10 business days from the date of the request.

Payment of the fee is made exclusively by non-cash bank transfer. Cash payment is not accepted.
