JUDO STARS RANDORI
Randori is a term used in Japanese martial arts to refer to free-form practice. In the context of judo, Randori represents one-on-one sparring, where partners engage with each other by applying various techniques.
This element of training differs from traditional kata, where all movements are strictly structured. Randori, on the other hand, gives judoka the opportunity to showcase their creativity and adapt to their partner’s actions.
