JUDO FESTIVAL «WHITE BELTS» 5

TOURNAMENT INFORMATION

• All participants of the festival will receive exclusive medals.
• The maximum number of participants is 300 athletes. Registration will be automatically closed upon reaching this limit.
• Participants will be grouped into weight categories based on the submitted applications. The draw will be conducted without consideration of gender.
• For the formation of tournament brackets, participants will be divided into groups of 3–4 people, taking into account their age, weight, and level of preparation. Each participant is guaranteed to have two matches.
• Weigh-in will not be conducted. In case of any disputes or discrepancies in the declared weight, a control weigh-in may be carried out.
• Before registering for the tournament, please carefully review the «Regulations» and «Rules» sections — they contain essential information regarding participation.
• The lists of registered participants and clubs, tournament brackets, and other statistical information will be published in the «Sport Data» section after the registration and application processing are completed.

ACCREDITATION AND MATCH SCHEDULE

• The exact times for accreditation and the start of matches for each age group will be published in the «Program» section after the registration and application processing are completed.

REGISTRATION

• Registration for the tournament is conducted exclusively via the online form on the official website.
• Applications submitted by other means will not be accepted.

• Club Registration — until 10.12.2025 (23:59)
• Early Participant Registration — until 21.12.2025 (23:59)
• Late Participant Registration — until 24.12.2025 (23:59)

Participation Fees

• Club Registration — 50 Belarusian Rubles
• Early Participant Registration — 85 Belarusian Rubles
• Late Participant Registration — 100 Belarusian Rubles

Cancellation and Application Changes

• Cancellation before the registration deadline — full refund of the entry fee.
• Free application changes — until 24.12.2025 (23:59).
• Application changes after 24.12.2025 (23:59) — additional fee of 30 Rubles.
• Cancellation until 24.12.2025 (23:59) — refund of the entry fee minus 30 Rubles.
• After 26.12.2025 (23:59) — no refund of the entry fee.

• Cash payments are not accepted.
