PARTICIPATION TERMS AND INFORMATION

Before completing online registration and submitting an entry for the sporting event, adult participants, coaches, sports club managers, and parents (legal guardians) of minors are required to fully review the Regulations and Rules for holding «Judo Stars» league sporting events. These documents contain the fundamental requirements binding on all participants and team representatives.

All official competition and statistical information (including lists of registered participants, sports club and team rosters, and bout brackets) will be published electronically in the dedicated «Sport Data» section of the League’s official website strictly after registration has fully closed and all submitted entries have been processed. Applicants are personally responsible for independently monitoring these publications.

Age Groups

• U-9: Boys/Girls (2017–2018)
• U-11: Boys/Girls (2015–2016)
• U-13: Boys/Girls (2013–2014)
• U-15: Boys/Girls (2011–2012)

Weight Categories

Boys

• U-9: -23 kg, -26 kg, -29 kg, -32 kg, -35 kg, -38 kg, -42 kg, +42 kg
• U-11: -26 kg, -29 kg, -32 kg, -35 kg, -38 kg, -42 kg, -46 kg, +46 kg
• U-13: -32 kg, -35 kg, -38 kg, -42 kg, -46 kg, -50 kg, -55 kg, +55 kg
• U-15: -42 kg, -46 kg, -50 kg, -55 kg, -60 kg, -66 kg, 73 kg, +73 kg

Girls

• U-9: -23 kg, -25 kg, -27 kg, -30 kg, -35 kg, +35 kg
• U-11: -25 kg, -30 kg, -35 kg, -40 kg, -45 kg, +45 kg
• U-13: -30 kg, -35 kg, -40 kg, -45 kg, -50 kg, +50 kg
• U-15: -40 kg, -44 kg, -48 kg, -52 kg, -57 kg, +57 kg

ACCREDITATION, WEIGH-IN, AND START OF BOUTS

The exact start times for accreditation, weigh-in procedures, and bouts for each division and age group will be published in the «Schedule» section after registration has fully closed and all entries have been processed.

REGISTRATION

Registration for the tournament is conducted exclusively through the online form at www.judostars.com
Entries submitted by any other means will not be accepted.

Entry fees

• Club registration: FREE
• Early participant registration: 110 BYN
• Late participant registration: 150 BYN

Terms for changing an entry

• Until 01.11.2026 (23:59) — FREE
• From 02.11.2026 to 06.11.2026 (23:59) — 50 BYN
• After 06.11.2026 (23:59) — no changes accepted

Terms for withdrawal

• Until 04.11.2026 (23:59) — full refund of entry fee
• From 05.11.2026 to 06.11.2026 (23:59) — refund minus 50 BYN
• After 06.11.2026 (23:59) — entry fee is non-refundable

Note:

Requests to change details in a submitted entry or to withdraw from the tournament must be sent exclusively to the administrator of the Telegram channel https://t.me/judo_chat.
Refunds are processed within 10 business days from the date of the request.

Fee payment

Fees may only be paid by non-cash bank transfer. Cash payment is not accepted.
